FAQ

What is used to clean equipment?

Each piece of our equipment (including every ball pit ball, floor mat, gate, etc.) is thoroughly sanitized and disinfected after each use, utilizing a non-toxic, fragrance-free, residue-free cleaner, which kills 99.9% of harmful bacteria, viruses, mold, fungus, and germs.  We exclusively use CleanSmart.

How long is rentals?

All rentals are up to 4 hours from the time you are setup or until 8 PM, which ever comes first. We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors. No dirt or gravel No exceptions! Please plan accordingly, Additional time $50/hour

What payment methods are accepted?

A deposit is required to save the date of event. The remaining balance can be paid the week before the event through Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Google pay or in cash the day of the event, unless other arrangements have been made.

What are the rules inside play areas?

1. Socks must be worn at all times. 

2.No food, candy, or drinks are allowed equipment area. 

3.Equipment should not be moved or taken out of the designated play area.

What is your delivery fee?

If you are within 20 miles of North Hollywood  delivery and pickup will be free. Otherwise there is a fee depending on the miles.

Do you offer supervision for the children?

We offer our in-house attendant team, to help provide adult supervision for your events.
